Paragraph 1.

• Children up to 100 cm tall do not pay the entrance fee
• Junior child up to 15 years of age, provided with a document, e.g. an insurance card
• Student up to 26 years of age, provided with an index, ISIC, etc.
• Senior person over 65 years of age, provided with a document proving their age, e.g. an OP
• ZTP = a person with a ZTP card, pays a discounted entrance fee.
• ZTP/P - pays a discounted entrance fee according to the price list and can bring one person over 18 years of age with them. This person (accompanied person) does not pay the entrance fee.
• Family = min. 3 people, max. 5 (maximum 2 adults + 3 children)
• Children under 12 years of age can enter only when accompanied by a responsible person over 18 years of age
• in case of exceeding the total length of stay of the purchased ticket, a surcharge will be charged in the amount specified in the price list for each minute started.  The ticket becomes invalid when leaving the area
• The surcharge for group discounts is charged for each visitor and discounts do not apply to them.
• The length of stay of the purchased ticket begins and ends with passing through the turnstile at the reception there / back
• Each visitor receives a chip with a valid ticket, the visitor is obliged to return it when leaving
• In case of loss, a fee of 180 CZK for the chip + expenses will be charged

• Fitness swimming for a discounted entrance fee: according to opening hours, swimming pool only.
• During the morning swim, the Whirlpool is heated at regular intervals.
• Fitness swimming: stay time 75 minutes or 105 minutes.
• Swimming for fitness swimming prices is possible during the time specified in the Opening hours, the visitor must leave the area 15 minutes before the end. 
• If a fitness swimming visitor remains in the pool hall after the fitness swimming session has ended, he will be charged for the minutes exceeded according to the Public Operation price list.

• A subscriber is anyone who purchases a chip watch (180 CZK) and charges credit in the minimum amount of 1000 CZK (hereinafter referred to as the Subscriber). For this, they will be provided with discounts according to the current price list. They are sold at the reception and are the property of the subscriber.
• The minimum amount for charging is 1000 CZK. The watch is portable (whoever comes with it goes swimming).
• Multiple chips can be assigned to one client account. For example, an organization or family charges credit together and uses it together, but must purchase multiple watches. If a family or organization has multiple chip watches, they can be distinguished by different colors.
• 1 visitor = 1 watch (if an accompanying person comes with the Client, they must buy a separate ticket, unless they are a Subscriber themselves.
• The chip balance can be checked on the website www.aquacentrum-vrchlabi.cz chip balance. Access data to the account ID and password can be obtained at the reception.
• The subscriber is charged for the first 75 minutes according to the price list and then a favorable fee is charged per minute up to the maximum price stated in the price list (the maximum price corresponds to the price of unlimited entry with a subscription discount).
• The credit recharge is valid for 12 months from the recharge
• The chip watch is non-refundable, but can be recharged top up and give as a gift
• If the Client has used up the credit on the client account during their stay in the Area
  - either top up another credit at the cash desk before leaving, with which they will pay the expense  or they are obliged to pay the entrance fee according to the current price list (without the subscription discount).
